MOZAMBIQUE KNEELS BEFORE THE ALMIGHTY.

Psalm 85:6.  “Will You not revive us again, That Your people may rejoice in You?”

Habakkuk 3:2.  “O LORD, I have heard Your speech and was afraid; O LORD, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known; in wrath remember mercy.”

FOCUS: God and His church in Mozambique is the focus of the Day of Prayer. On this Day, we will unite to humble ourselves in fasting, repentance, asking God to revive us, and opening ourselves up to increased work of the Holy Spirit. In obedience to the Bible, we will pray for the nation-leaders, peace, elections, justice and reconciliation, natural disasters, and other matters.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR:  A DAY TO KNEEL TOGETHER BEFORE OUR GOD, MAY 25, 2013.

Prepare yourself and your family to meet with God by doing the following:

1.      Examine yourself before God. Use the following and other scriptures. Isaiah 59:1-2; Psalm 66:18; Psalm 24: 3-5; 1John 3:7-10; Mark 7:21-23; Galatians 5:16-24; Confess and turn away from every known sin. Break every covenant that exists between you and evil spirits/Satan.

2.      Forgive all who have ever offended you; reconcile; keep no grudges. Mat 6:14-15; 18:21-35.

3.      Submit yourself completely to God. James 4:7a. Family heads bring your entire family under God. Prepare them and bring all along for the Day of Prayer.

4.      Meditate on Psalms 85:6; Exodus 19: 10-11; Isaiah 40:3-5.

5.      Fast from midnight till noon, or 3pm, or 6pm, or 9pm, once per week. Pray Psalm 85:6, daily for yourself and the church in Mozambique. Ask for the fullness of the Holy Spirit in your life. Pray DAILY for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our nation, Mozambique. Joel 2:28, 29; Acts 2:16-18. 

6.      Pastors prepare your congregations, and your areas of influence; ensure that all participate. Pass this information to all villages in the country through those in your areas of influence.

7.       Do not eat before you come for the event on May 25. Come with expectation to A DAY TO KNEEL TOGETHER BEFORE OUR GOD.
